    #1.Pinto is a type of color not a type of breed.

    #2.People used to not let people show Pintos becase they thought they were to flashy.

    #3.Pintos get their name from the spanish word pintado,meaning "Painted."

    #4.Indians thought that the Pinto horse was so special that if they did not have one the would paint their own horses.

    #5.Pioneer Familes called their Pintos calicos.

    I learnd that lizards are reptiles and more than 3,ooo species of lizards have been discovered. The only venomous lizardss in the world are the Gila monsters of the southwestern United States. The largest living lizard can grow to 12 feet. When lizards are eating they remain still and are not easy to find.

    1.One porcupine may have as many as 30,000 quills.
    2.They usually weigh from 10-12 pounds.
    3.A porcupine doesn't walk far, or fast, and it climbs trees slowly.
    4.Porcupines are prey for mountain lions,bobcats,wolverines,coyotes, and fishers.
    5.A newborn porcupine's quills are soft, but they harden within an hour of birth.

    I read a book about Gorillas by Peter Murray.
    I learned that they live in the Rain Forest .
    Also the mother gorilla ddoesn't let anybody see her baby.They also have leader that's called silverback.Gorillas are also very smart.

    Sand Tiger Sharks.Sand Tiger Sharks have crooked teeth,so that once they bite thier prey it can't get away.They also have a air bladder,so they can go up for air and get air.Once they get air they don't have to swim because the air bladder keeps them from drowning.Sand Sharks lice in the Alantic and Pacific Ocean.Sand Sharks are predator.

    I learned a little more about leopards. They are related to the house cat. Of course they are predators. When they just killed an animal they will take it up to a tree where it is safe from any other predators. (That kill the same animal.) Here in America you see leopards at zoos.

    Some of the things i learned in this book is, that their top teeth is used to cut the prey and the bottom teeth are used to hold the prey. Also that it takes them two years before their babies hatch inside them. Also that if it's prey doesn't have blubber then it will spit it out. also that South America agree's that sharks will become indangered if we don't stop hunting them. There are also very little shark attacks in a year.

  37. jacobST18 The name of my book is Allosaurus,its a really good book i haven't read all of it yet but I've read most of it.The Allosaurus is a meat eater.An Allosaurus is at least 16 feet tall when it's grown.The Allosaurus's legs are 9 feet tall!An Allosaurus has 3 claws on it's feet and hands.The Allosaurus has a claw on the back of it's foot to keep pray from escaping its claws!

    I learned that giraffes live in savannas.
    Also giraffes look like skyscrapers comaired to the other animals on the savannas.I also learned that a giraffe's legs are as tall as a basketball player and its hard for them to drink water in the water holes because they are so tall but they don't drink water often .I learned that their are different types of giraffes , the massi giraffe has dark leaf shaped spots and the reticulated giraffes have a distinct net like spot pattern.

    The book I just read was Pythons. This book had a lot of information, like they can eat small children. They can also grow longer than us. They are also the longest snakes. I read that there so good at hiding there may be undiscovered kinds. They have very poor eye sight they use there jaw bones to feel vibrations.
