ReplyDeleteThe book I just finished was called The Golly Whopper Games By Jody Feldman. It takes place in a huge stadium made in only a month. The main character is a boy named Gil, he had been planing on going for nearly a year. The reason he wanted to was becuase his father was framed in stealing lots of money he thought if he won they would finally forget his dad's case.

ReplyDeleteAladdin and the Wonderful Lamp By Carol Carrick. It takes place in the streets, and other places. Aladdin sees a beautiful princess and he is not a prince so a magacian pretends that he is a brother to Aladdin's father. Aladdin finds a lap and get's some jewel for his mother but the magician said not to because then it would fall down. So he didn't hand the lamp to him and he lefted Aladdin olone the dark and he accidently rubbed the lamp and the geniu said what is the first wish you ahve o master. He said that i want to go home and the wish was granted and before he knew it he was in front of his house. He wished that he was a prince and it came true and he married the princess and Aladdin and he rubbed the lamp and he wished for a kingdom. The magician heard about what happened to the princess and the prince named Aladdin. He pretend that he was a healer and Aladdin pretend that he was sick and aladdin acted fast and got his dagger and killed him. So some more times he rubbed the lamp for the poor. They lived Happily Ever After.

In this book Angel, a small girl in a family of 4 (including parents) absolutely hates changes. Her mom married a Greek man, so eventually they'd have to visit his parents, right? They go on an vacation to Greek for about a month. Angel who never wanted to leave her house and best friend did not think it was a good idea at all. She's the one that usually gets sick on the plane, but suprisingly didn't. Angel knew they did not have electicity so she thought that she would have to drink rotten milk, but they actually had a goat. Their parents go on a vacation away from the kids for a day or two, and the grandparents babysat. Angel and her little brother had a fantastic time! Her grandparents made a swing for them that they got to play on. In the end Angel actually didn't want to leave Greece. She had so much fun at the end of the trip. On the plane ride home everybody on the plane got sick except for Angel, who was also the only one who had supper. When she got home to her wonderful house and best friend it was a very happy ending.

Durley wished she had coal black hair. She went to the park and lost her new doll. She told her friends but she was using her imagination. She said that she had a bathtub, a robe, a cowgirl outfit, ect. Later that year she found her doll and she didn't have any of the stuff she imagined. But she had the doll she wanted in her imagination.

The setting is mostly in the city and the problem is a wrecking ball hits a bilding and the two birds where on the bilding. Homer ends up geting his wing hurt.
